Dispatcher – Flatbed / Step-Deck (Full-Time, In-Office)
📍 Oakdale, PA
SNM Logistics LLC is hiring a Dispatcher to support our growing flatbed/step-deck trucking operation. This is a full-time, in-office position managing 3–5 trucks while helping maximize efficiency, minimize empty miles, and increase revenue.
We are looking for someone who is organized, motivated, analytical, and able to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
💰 Pay
• $60,000–$85,000+ per year
• Performance bonuses available
• Top performers earn more
Responsibilities
• Dispatch flatbed and step-deck trucks
• Book freight using DAT, Truckstop, and other load boards
• Negotiate rates with brokers
• Analyze lanes, rates, and load opportunities
• Reduce empty miles and maximize truck profitability
• Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers throughout the day
• Track loads and maintain accurate updates
Requirements
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Experience is preferred but NOT required — we will train the right candidate
• Flatbed/step-deck experience is a plus
